In the Spring of 2018, Missouri State University (MSU) students in the Missouri State Planning Practicum class compiled data, surveyed Billings community members and provided goals, recommendations and data analyses. This work will shorten the time-line for the Southwest Missouri Council of Governments to assist the City of Billings with updating their out-dated plan from 1994.
There are two documents below, a copy of the 2018 Visioning Plan and a copy of the presentation from the October 24th, 2019 Kick-off of the Comprehensive Planning review. 16 Billings residents were in attendance at that meeting.
