The annual Billings Community Fair is scheduled for the Friday and Saturday nights of Labor Day weekend. You can find more information and photographs of past events on their Facebook page here.
In 2000, the The City of Billings, through ordinance. No. 929 authorized a separate and distinct group of Billings Citizens to:
1. Plan, promote, organize and conduct the annual Billings Community Fair.
2. Plan, promote, organize and conduct such other community activities as the Fair Advisory Board deems appropriate and as authorized by the Board of Aldermen.
3. Identify recreational attitudes of individuals and organizations in the community which would give guidance in planning future or additional community events.
