NOTICE:
The City of Billings will no longer be accepting payments for Liberty Utilities. Our last day for Liberty payments will be May 31, 2024.
We received notice from Liberty in the form of a letter dated April 19, 2024 stating that they were terminating the customer payment collection services with the City effective June 15, 2024, and asked that we “wind down” services.
We apologize for any inconvenience to our citizens.
